About

Who I am

I’m a documentation systems leader with 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, having led teams and the AI-enabled systems they run on across SaaS, fintech, and networking products.

I’ve led the writers, standards, and systems that produce documentation at scale - close enough to the craft to set the quality bar, and senior enough to set the strategy. Most recently, I led and coached a team of writers at Zeta, growing their ability to apply editorial judgment to API-heavy content independently. My work spans help documentation, API documentation, release workflows, in-app guidance, and knowledge systems.

What I do

I’ve led documentation functions that connect product, engineering, and user experience - not just the content itself, but the operating model behind it.

This includes:

  • setting the governance, standards, and AI-assisted workflows that let a team scale without scaling headcount 1:1
  • embedding documentation into product release and engineering workflows
  • coaching writers - most recently a team at Zeta - to apply editorial judgment independently
  • owning the API documentation and developer experience function end-to-end

My focus is building a documentation function that’s measurable, governed, and trusted - not just content that ships.

How I think

I approach documentation as a system a team runs on, not as content one person produces.

In most organizations, documentation, developer workflows, and operational knowledge exist in silos. This creates friction for users and slows adoption - and it’s usually a leadership gap, not a writing gap.

I build the structure that closes it, so that:

  • writers have a shared standard to work against, not just my own judgment call
  • developers can integrate without confusion
  • the system holds up as the team and the product both scale

When documentation is led as a system, it becomes infrastructure for product understanding, developer productivity, and customer self-service.

Experience

Across my career, I’ve led documentation initiatives spanning API documentation, knowledge architecture, sprint-embedded delivery, and AI-assisted editorial workflows, alongside documentation governance and standardization across teams.

I’ve partnered closely with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to make sure documentation holds up under real-world use, not just review.

Current focus

I’m currently consulting independently through Nordia Infotech on documentation and product strategy for an enterprise automation platform, while completing an Executive MBA in Product Leadership.

Between the two, my focus is the same thread that runs through my whole career: structuring operational knowledge and platform behavior into documentation systems that scale - and increasingly, building AI into that system responsibly, with governance and human judgment as the gate, not an afterthought.

Why this matters

In enterprise software, documentation directly shapes how a product is understood, adopted, and trusted.

A well-led documentation function:

  • reduces support dependency
  • improves onboarding
  • enables faster, safer releases
  • scales with the product instead of becoming its bottleneck

This is the function I’ve built and led.

Beyond work

I serve in Rotary leadership as Director, GenZ Portfolio, and Chairperson for Public Image and Social Media at Rotary Club of Rajarajeshwari Centennial, District 3191 - roles that draw on the same communications and stakeholder skills I bring to documentation leadership.

Outside of that, I ride long-distance on a Royal Enfield Meteor 350 and a Triumph Tiger 900 GT, and I’ve travelled extensively across India on two wheels.

Let’s connect

I’m open to Senior Documentation Manager, Information Developer Manager, and documentation leadership roles where AI-readiness and team leadership both matter.

If you’re building complex products and need someone to lead that function, I’d be happy to connect.
